We are currently a small UK based company with an ambition to make property management simple and easy for landlords and tenants. Our current aim is to take on the stress of property management for landlords and tenants, while growing our property portfolio.
We achieve this by taking on the appropriate agreement with the landlord, with the right property. We then handle the condition of the property, tenant screening and legal compliance. These are things like Gas Safety, EICR & Fire Regulations, Right to Rent checks, Deposit registration (TDP schemes), Eviction procedures under Section 8 & Section 21, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and more.
We work with landlords with 3 or more bedroom properties, investors, tenants and estate agents. We are looking to expand our portfolio and represent more properties. We offer support for landlords selling their properties.
